ASTM B704 UNS N06625 UNS N08825 Welded Nickel Alloy Tubes
We offer UNS N06625 and UNS N08825 welded nickel alloy tubes conforming to ASTM A704 standard, UNS N06625 and UNS N08825 welded tubes are for use in boilers, heat exchangers and condensers for general corrosion prevention in either low or high-temperature environments. ASTM B704 covers welded tubes made of UNS N06625, UNS N06219 and UNS N08825 alloys in a wide range of sizes, tubes 1/8 to 5 in. (3.18 to 127 mm), inclusive, in outside diameter and 0.015 to 0.500 in. (0.38 to 12.70 mm), inclusive, in wall thickness.
high level of nickel in combination with the amount of molybdenum and copper in UNS N06625 UNS N08825 produces substantially improved corrosion resistance in a corrosive environment. ASTM B704 UNS N06625 welded tubes have excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance, Nickel Alloy 625 and 825 applications include chemical process equipment, pollution control systems and wet scrubbers, waste heat recovery exchangers, tanks, vessels and agitators, downhole equipment for corrosive/sour service, nuclear reprocessing and handling.

ASTM B704 UNS N06625 UNS N08825 Welded Nickel Alloy Tube Manufacturing
We produce ASTM B704 UNS N06625 UNS N08825 welded tubes that are made from flat-rolled alloy by an automatic TIG welding process with no addition or filler metal. After welding and before final annealing, the material shall be cold-worked in either the weld metal only or both weld and base metal. Welded tubes of 625 and 825 material shall be furnished with oxide removed in pickling. When bright annealing finish is used, descaling is not necessary.
ASTM B704 UNS N06625 UNS N08825 Welded Nickel Alloy Tube Quality
The welded tubes are tested in a wide variety of services, including non-destructive testing, chemical analysis, mechanical testing including the flattening test and flange Test, and Nondestructive test, material furnished under this specification shall conform to the applicable requirements of the current edition of Specification SB-751 unless otherwise provided herein. Advanced quality control procedures are used throughout our manufacturing processes, and our on-site testing facility constantly monitors the integrity of our products, we pledge to provide the highest quality tubing in the industry.
