Cold Rolled
Donghang Stainless holds sets of advanced cold rolling and cold drawing machines to produce a wide range of tubes.
Heat Treatment
Each tube should be heat treated in an annealing furnace within a solution temperature specified to relieve stress.
Pickling
Tubes shall be free of scale and suitable for inspection. A slight amount of oxidation is not considered scale. When bright annealing is used, pickling is not necessary.

We perform some of the most strenuous testing before releasing products, such as 100% hydro testing of coils, 100% eddy current testing of straight-length tubing and 100% positive material identification.
